<p>Liquid Vitamins: Toxic or Not?</p>
<p>The amount of colloidal minerals that are found in the liquid minerals are another problems that are posed with  . Are they harmful or not?</p>
<p>In truth, even plants and fruits contain a trace of such minerals in them. Apples, for instance, contain 3-5 mg of aluminum as it’s one of the most abundant elements that can be found in the surface of the Earth.
