		<description>Its a personal choice.  I&#039;m personally a fan of pilates so I do pregnancy pilates.  Plus, its better for me because I had a pre-existing back problem and the pilates strengthens your core muscles to compensate for the relaxed ligaments you have during pregnancy. 		<description>Both are good.  It&#039;s really a personal decision.  Whatever you do, make sure to either take a class specifically designed for pregnant women or talk to the instructor.  There will be some exercises that you simply won&#039;t be able to do anymore (especially once the belly gets bigger!)
